Dogs for adoption in Workington, Cumbria

Looking for a forever home. I am really friendly (once I get to know you), I love having cuddles especially on the sofa! I don't like to be one my own for too long as I enjoy company. I love being around kids as they make be giddy. I'm good with other dogs once being introduced. I'm not really into walking especially long distances, a little stroll is all that I need.

Buster is 3 years old need rehome asap he very affectionate once he get to know you, and love a cuddle. he a very energetic and playful boy. He love toys and playing fetch. and Lucy is 2 years old needs rehome asap she has lots of energy and love exploring and going out for walks. she love sitting on your knee for cuddles. lucy a very quiet but lovely girl. She not a very confident girl so will need a patient owner who can allow her to come out of her shell both of them need to be rehome together I've got till Wednesday to rehome them please no time wasters they are worth more than wat they are going for they both are micro chip and comes with 48 boxes of dog food beds harness leads jumpers coats toys they haven't been around cats at all only other dogs wen they go on walks please no scammers and the dogs are not gonna be leaving here till I no they are gonna be in a loving home before hand AND PLEASE NOTE THEY NEED TO STAY TOGETHER AND NOT SOLD SEPARATELY

This is a really tough decision, but Angel needs a new home. Since my partner became pregnant, she has started showing unpredictable behaviour towards my partner and her 4-year-old child. She’s always been great with people, but recently she has growled at my partner and her child a few times. We think this change in behaviour is due to the change in my partners hormones we aren’t 100% sure, but with a baby on the way, we can’t take any risks.

He can't be around children (only because he has never been around them before) He can't be around other animals. He walks great off the lead on fields and wooded large area's. He is anxious around big vehicles such as bus's and lorrys. He does pull on the lead so will need someone with strength. I am at work all day so i let him out in the morning for the toilet and breakfast and when i come home i let him out again for a walk and feed him his tea, he then gets let out once again before bed time. Hamm is a beautiful softie and companion he loves a cuddle on the couch or in bed he likes to be lazy but equally loves to play (his favourite is tug of war).

For sale is my male rottweiler no fault of his own, change of career which entails in working away for long periods of time and no alternative options for someone to cater to his needs. He is very big and energetic requires lots of long walks and interaction. He is house trained. Must have previous experience keeping this breed of dog, would benefit from a large garden, he's been raised around small children. Price is none negotiable, He is reactive, listens to commands, fed on dry food only. He is kc registered but paper work was lost so sold as not registered. He's fully vaccinated.

We are homeworkers so she's used to being around people all the time, would thrive in an environment where someone can look after her and not leave her alone for too long. She is very cuddly but likes her space too. She needs a lot of exercise and ideally some training with socialisation and reactivity. She's good in a car, loves going to enclosed fields where she can chase balls until exhausted. Winter is up to date with flea/worming/vaccinations and doesn't have any health issues. She hasn't been spayed yet. She is very good on walks - no excessive pulling, likes to explore and responds to corrections well, she has a high prey drive so will pull when she sees a squirrel or a rabbit etc, she hasn't been trained off lead. Winter pulls more when in season so I'd advise to spay her for this and other reasons (we were planning to do this in the coming months as she's just come off her season). She has some guarding issues when it comes to new toys, once she had her fill in protecting the new object she will come around to you to play with it together. She's not shown any food guarding issues. She loves to say hello to other people and she can be jumpy about it (previous owner didn't train it out of her when she was a pup and awkwardly most people love it about her). She's very friendly with all people including children but I would say for younger kids toys might be an issue due to guarding tendencies. No trials as I don't think it's fair on her.
